The 'Forgot Password' logic is as follows:
Attendees and Speakers:
- Check the Email Address:
- 0 accounts match - send email ID = 26 to client support address on file.
- 1 account matches - send email ID = 3 to that account.
- multiple matches - check First Name and Last Name.
- 1 account matches- send email ID = 3 to that account.
- 0 or multiple matches- - send email ID = 26 to client support address on file.
Exhibitors:
- Check the Email Address:
- 0 accounts match - send email ID = 26 to client support address on file.
- 1 account matches - send email ID = 2 to that account.
- multiple matches - check Company Name, and Manager Email Address.
- 1 account matches - send email ID = 2 to that account.
- 0 or multiple matches - send email ID = 26 to client support address on file.
Vendors:
- Check the Email Address and Company Name:
- 0 accounts match - send email ID = 26 to client support address on file.
- 1 account matches - send email ID = 2 to that account.
- multiple matches- send email ID = 26 to client support address on file.
Note 1: You can have separate support email addresses for Attendees, Speakers.
Note 2: Any emails containing the AI_UID (Username) and/or AI_PWD (Password) email tags will not CC or BCC other recipients for security purposes. New users will be sent an email with their user ID and a temporary password, returning users will receive an email with their user ID and a link to reset their password. The email with the link to reset a password is time sensitive.
