NOTE: You cannot cancel an exhibitor with active orders/payments in order to maintain proper payment history for reporting purposes.
Go to Exhibitors > use the search text box or 'Advanced Search' to find the exhibitor you want to cancel/remove
Click on the name of the Company
Click on the 'Remove Exhibitor' button
Check the box to confirm you want to cancel the Exhibitor, enter a 'Reason for Canceling', and click 'Save'
