Cancel Exhibitor Order

Go to Exhibitors > use the search text box or 'Advanced Search' option to find the Exhibitor/Company you want to edit

Click on the name of the Company

Click on the 'Company Ready Room' button

Scroll to the 'Order Summary' section and click on the 'OrderHistory' button

Locate the Order Number you want to cancel and click the 'Cancel Order' button

Check the box to confirm you want to 'Cancel' all items for the order, enter a 'Canceled Reason' (e.g., budget issues), and click 'Submit' 

NOTE: You can add an 'Adjustment Fee' or cancelation fee to charge the Exhibitor for canceling. It will be applied to the original Order Number and any existing Payments will be applied to the fee.
