The below product updates are scheduled to go live August 18, 2025. Release notes for each update will be added here once it is available in your test environment.
Submission and Review Dashboard Updates:
- Bulk Assign Reviewers: Via the Submission Dashboard, you'll now be able to bulk assign reviewers to submissions. This new workflow takes you through a step based process to select multiple submissions and assign multiple reviewers, making the process of assigning reviewers faster and more intuitive.
This functionality must be turned on on a site by site basis. Please reach out to your project manager to turn it on for your site. Requires you have a multi-meeting site and have at least one reviewer pool set up. If you aren't using reviewer pools, one can be set up.
- Assign Reviewers to Single Submission: Via the Submission Dashboard, the Review Details page for a single submission now has an updated workflow for assigning reviewers. Clicking the "Assign Reviewers" button on the Review Details screen for a single submission will take you to the below screen, allowing you to select the role you're assigning and the individuals you want to assign. This workflow mimics the bulk assign reviewers workflow, creating consistency.
Requires you have a multi-meeting site and have at least one reviewer pool set up. If you aren't using reviewer pools, one can be set up.
- Submission List - Addition of Review Status Column: The Submission Table on the main Submission Dashboard now shows the Review Status column, instead of the Accept/Reject column. The Review Status data is more valuable here and limited space means we couldn't show both.
Updated Logos and Admin UI Elements: As part of our ongoing effort to unify our portfolio of products across Momentive Software, you will now see the following updates:
- Updated Logos: The Attendee Interactive or HighMarksCE logo on your site footer is replaced with the Momentive Event Management Software logo.
- Updated Admin UI Elements: Your admin site has updated UI elements including color palette and button styling to align with the Momentive Software style guide.
Open as Tabs: A new admin setting (found under your name in the upper-right corner) lets you open pop-ups as tabs for easier navigation.
