The below product updates are scheduled to go live December 9, 2024. Release notes for each update will be added here once it is available in your test environment.
End Users Request Magic Link: The forgot password workflow for end users can now be updated to send a magic link. This will allow end users to self-generate a magic link and easily access the system via the one-time sign in link. This must be set up on a site by site basis by:
- Updating the reset password email to include the magic link email tag(s) and remove the reset password email tag
- Add a reset password wizard step to the site
- Note, this wizard step should only be added to sites not using SSO
Archiving Conferences: Admin users can now archive past conferences that are not being used on a regular basis. Archived conferences and their data still exist but by default will not load on screens or report results. This will improve the performance of each admin and make it more user friendly by removing unnecessary data from view. Archived data can be toggled on as needed. Manage Session Attendance - My Credits Link: A "My Credits" link has been added to the session "Attendance Management" screen for each individual who attended that session. This link will take you to the main credit claiming screen for the conference/activity the session is associated with. This will allow you to quickly view an attendee's credits without the extra clicks of going through their profile first.
Edit Rule Screen - Update Check Boxes to Drop Down: On the edit rule screen, the following fields have been changed from a list of check boxes to a multi-select drop down. This is intended to condense the information on the page into a more user-friendly format.
