Function Change Request - Email Notification to Admin

Your Project Manager can set up an automatic email notification when a Change Request is submitted by a Function Requestor (functionRequestChangeNotification = 51). The email will go to any User Account set up as Role = Admin with Permissions to the Activity the Change Request is submitted for. If there are no accounts associated with the Activity, the email will go to the client support email designated for the system.
