Go to Logistics > Advanced Search
Use the 'Filter Options' to find the Functions you want to bulk add a supply to and click 'Search':
On the search results page, scroll to the bottom and click on the 'New Function Detail' button:
Enter the appropriate information and click 'Save' at the bottom of the screen.
NOTE: you may uncheck Functions if they are not applicable.
