STEP 1: Go to Functions > use the global search box or 'Advanced Search' option to search for the Function you want to add supplies to:
STEP 2: Click on the name of the Function you want to add supplies to:
STEP 3: Under the 'Supplies' tab, select 'New Function Details'
STEP 4: Enter the Function detail/supply information and click 'Save':
