Function Numbers are tracked in the system a few different ways. Function Numbers can be manually added as you enter each Function, or the system can auto generate these when you hit 'Save'.
OPTION 1: Manually enter Function Numbers as you create each Function
OPTION 2: Request to have the system auto-generate the Function Number as you save a new Function. This would probably be in chronological order, based on a starting number you designate.
OPTION 3: You may also request to have the system populate the Function Number after you have finalized ALL Functions. The Function Number would be based on a select criteria (i.e., Start Time, Function Type, etc.)
