Add Location / Room to List

In order to assign a room to a Function/Room Set, you must first be sure your master list of Locations and Rooms is set up.

 

TO ADD LOCATIONS:

STEP 1: Go to the 'Functions' menu under 'Manage,' select 'Locations/Rooms'

 

 

STEP 2: Click on 'Add New Location' if the Location has not already been entered in the system

 

 

NOTE: Once your locations are set up, you will be able to associate Rooms to Locations
NOTE: To edit a location previously entered, click on the 'Edit' link next to the Location Name, edit the information in the Location profile, and click 'Save'

TO ADD ROOMS:

 

STEP 1: Go to the 'Functions' menu under 'Manage,' select 'Locations/Rooms'

 

 

STEP 2: Click on 'Add New Room' if the room has not already been entered into the system

 

 

NOTE: To edit a room previously entered, click on the Room Name, edit the information in the room profile, and click 'Save'
