Submission and Review Dashboard

The Submission and Review Dashboard allows admin users to easily view statuses and take action on submissions and submission reviews. 

Access the Dashboard

To access the dashboard, select a conference in the admin. After selecting a conference, you'll land on the below page. Navigate to the Submissions (or Proposals) tab > click the Submission and Review Dashboard hyperlink.

The dashboard consists of a series of graphs and a list of submissions beneath the graphs. Actions like assigning reviewers and sending emails are included throughout the dashboard.

Graphs & Filters

Reviewer Pools: Reviewer pools are a way to identify a group of reviewers. If you utilize reviewer pools, this graph will appear and show any active reviewer pool roles. Clicking "Assign" by a role allows you to assign an individual to that particular reviewer pool.

Completion Status: This graph represents complete and incomplete submissions. Use the "Send Email" and "Email All" hyperlinks to email submitters that have either completed their submission, have an incomplete submission, or email all submitters. This email flow allows you to bypass running reports and immediately takes you through our standard Send Email functionality.

Review Status: This graph represents complete and incomplete reviews, along with submissions that don't have reviewers assigned. The "View Details" hyperlink drills down into the specific review status by submission and allows you to reach out to reviewers directly. Learn more about the View Details page here.

Acceptance Status: This graph represents accepted and rejected submissions + those where no decision has been made. Use the "Send Email" hyperlink to reach out to submitters whose submission has been either accepted or rejected.

Use the "Accept/Reject" hyperlink to walk through our standard workflow for bulk accepting or rejecting submissions where no decision has been made.

Submission Type Filter: In the upper right corner above the graphs is a drop down to filter by submission type. This will filter the graphs and submission list below to only show data from that type.

Submission List

Beneath the graphs are your submissions for the conference. You can filter the submission list by:

  • Selecting a submission type (described above)
  • Clicking on pieces of the donut graphs, i.e. if you click on the "Completed" section of the Completion Status graph, the list will narrow to only show completed submissions.
  • Using the search bar in the upper right corner of the submission list

The yellow banner above the submissions specifies any filters you have applied.
